
Beeswax Candle | Divine
This Divine candle is infused with Frankincense resin which blends with the natural sweetness of beeswax to fill your room with a delightful aroma.
Fauna Candles are a blend of pure beeswax and coconut oil. The oils are gently infused with whole herbs to give a subtle natural aroma without using fragrances or essential oils. This double wick, 10oz candle will give you around 40 hours of burn time.
Beeswax releases negative ions into the air to help purify the air and clear it of pollutants. Coconut oil helps give the candle a clean, slow burn without polluting the air.
BURN INSTRUCTIONS:
- It's recommended to burn your candle for 2-3 hours at a time. Allow the wax pool to reach the edges of the container before blowing out to prevent tunneling.
- Always set your candle somewhere safe, away from drafts, children, pets and combustibles and on a surface that can handle heat in case the container gets too hot.
- Trim the wick before lighting to prevent the flames from being too large and sooty.
SHIPPING TIME
All orders will be mailed generally within 2-5 business days and are sent First Class Mail unless you select a shipping upgrade at checkout. You will be notified when your item ships and provided with a tracking code.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, we don't sell our product outside the U.S. for a couple reasons. First, because we value creating a sustainable, locally sourced product. Second, because we are not set up to comply with other countries' labeling laws (such as the EU).
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. If you want to test a product, we recommend grabbing one of our sample sized products if available.
If you provide the wrong address and the item is lost in transit, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements. If you do not receive your item within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. Otherwise, we will not be able to assist in tracking down orders.
We do our best to ensure your purchases are safely packaged and delivered to the default (USPS) or parcel delivery service of your choice, but cannot guarantee their safety from there. We are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items that result from the carrier services used.
We require proof of damage (a photo of the product as it was received) and are not responsible for any shipping errors that result from being provided with an incorrect shipping address. We also aren't liable for products that were damaged after being delivered (like if your package was left in a hot mailbox all afternoon or left out in the rain).
We also reserve the right to reject requests for refunds or replacements for orders that are marked as delivered by the parcel service, since we have no way of confirming or ruling out fraudulent claims and will determine eligibility on a case by case basis.
