Shipping & Returns

Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.

All orders will be mailed generally within 2-5 business days and are sent First Class Mail unless you select a shipping upgrade at checkout. You will be notified when your item ships and provided with a tracking code.

If you provide the wrong address and the item is lost in transit, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements. If you do not receive your item within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. Otherwise, we will not be able to assist in tracking down orders. 

We do our best to ensure your purchases are safely packaged and delivered to the default (USPS) or parcel delivery service of your choice, but cannot guarantee their safety from there. We are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items that result from the carrier services used. 

We require proof of damage (a photo of the product as it was received) and are not responsible for any shipping errors that result from being provided with an incorrect shipping address. We also aren't liable for products that were damaged after being delivered (like if your package was left in a hot mailbox all afternoon or left out in the rain). 

We also reserve the right to reject requests for refunds or replacements for orders that are marked as delivered by the parcel service, since we have no way of confirming or ruling out fraudulent claims and will determine eligibility on a case by case basis.

Keep in mind we're a family owned small business. We're committed to serving you well, but are not able to operate like Amazon. We can't deliver next day or accept returns with no questions asked - but we can provide you with a high quality hand crafted product that you can't find from commercial sellers.
